The entire process was seamless and her confidence each step of the way gave us great comfort. Pam and her group did an incredible job for us. We had gotten in contact with some other realtors before her and were starting to get nervous about the lack of assistance available and direction. We then met her and got all of our questions answered right away. She's easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Pam did a great job showing us the homes we wished to see and had some great suggestions as well when we hit a wall (we were coming from out of state and wanted help with suggestions). The house we chose was on her list, and we absolutely love it. She was very patient and available. Pam also has lots of contacts for inspections and various services you might need, and her group got us a great rate for our loan. Very newbie friendly and meets you where you are. I would definitely recommend her for your house hunting!

Pamela Roberts is an OUTSTANDING agent! My wife and I chose to stay in the Keller Williams network because of the exceptional service we received when selling a property in Utah back in January 2022. In San Antonio, we were looking for a home in the luxury market. My brother in Tennessee (also a KW agent) gave us a narrow list of realtors in our area based on our agent criteria. What caught our eye was Pam’s credentials as an interior designer. An eye for helping clients imagine the space: Pam homed in on our specific needs and wants right away. The properties she offered for viewing were always thoughtful and matched the search criteria we provided. While viewing a property, she would highlight the architectural and design details that we would never have noticed without her insight. Additionally, she would offer useful design ideas for filling a space whenever we did not have something in mind among our existing pieces or for purchase. Unparalleled access: Pam had a planned week-long vacation (9th – 16th) outside of the contiguous U.S. that happened to nest entirely within the Option Period (7th – 17th) of the residential contract we signed. We totally expected her to accomplish a hand-off with one of her associates. To our complete surprise, she continued to maintain close contact with us through the additional inspections and corrections we requested of the Seller, even after we insisted she simply enjoy her planned time away. Pam went well beyond what we expected of an agent. She said we were her priority, and we felt it. The extras: After we closed on the property, Pam continued to maintain close contact with us. She provided us with a very generous gift to celebrate the acquisition of our new home. Also, on one random occasion, she sent us a picture of an abstract art piece (while she was at a design showroom) based on pieces we shared with her while searching for a home. Her service centers on thoughtfulness and attention to detail, and her support extends well beyond completing the transaction. Pam ranks among the things that confirm San Antonio as the right choice for us to call home (we were also looking at San Diego [with a realtor and having made three visits in 2023] and Houston [having made one visit]. Her attention to detail and design expertise, combined with kindness, thoughtfulness, patience, and client-oriented service set her apart in a saturated market of real estate agents. We highly recommend her to anyone seriously looking to find the home that fits their idea of “perfect.”

Pam was extremely helpful with our long-distance house hunt during what might be the most challenging markets for buyers ever!
